I gave her del# and she said appt is 4 days from today. So,i drove outside and called my dispatch . He gave me one more time same number and said to me that this appt is correct and i am on time for my appt/30 mins earlier/. So i drove back to this black lady ,and ask her for check one more time my appt. She was very rude and said that she already checked before my appt and i have to away. I tried asked her couple more times to check this ,almost begging other guys in guard both. Than one guy checked this one more time and i was right. My appt was schedule for 3pm today. So they gave me door and now i will see how many hours or days they will unloading me. Beware of this lady. And i am thinking that she is not happy working for Amazon ,so somebody has to watch her what she is doing in the work. Lits of cameras at enter to property and she doesnt care and treated me like sh.t. 05/10/2019 I was again herr. Been waiting 40 minutes for them to open. Someone went in and locked the door behind them. They’re supposed to open at 10am on Sundays. Went to this location for return. Apparently location closes at 8:30 pm instead of 9pm! Store was locked with lights on, no one answering phones!! A real waste of my time.
Very clean, quiet atmosphere. Convenient location and secure way to get my packages. Love it!
Be careful dropping packages off here, I returned two packages here and the staff told me to “leave them on the counter” but they never scanned them in and now I’m out the merchandise and the money. And of course there is NO ONE to call to deal with the issue. Amazon really doesn’t care about customers anymore. And this place exemplifies that.
